Refund policy

We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unused
• In their original packaging
• In a resaleable condition

To arrange a return, please contact us at hello@mabhu.co.uk with your order number and we will provide further instructions.

Unless an item arrives damaged or faulty, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked. This usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your payment provider.
