Ordering
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and your items have been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an issue with payment, or if we believe an order has been placed using incorrect or fraudulent information. If an order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded.
Pricing
All prices on our website are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change from time to time. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout at the time your order is placed.
Product information
Our products are made using natural ingredients and finished in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur. These variations are normal and form part of the character of our products.

Delivery
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and begin from the day after your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside of our control. However, if there is an issue with your delivery, we will always do our best to support you in resolving it.

Returns

You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery, in line with our Return and refund policy.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mabhu.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

All content on this website, including imagery, copy, design elements, and branding, is the property of Mabhu unless otherwise stated.

Liability
We do not accept liability for losses that are not caused by our negligence or breach of these terms.
